We are looking for a Europe-based Global Growth Manager who will own large-scale user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategy for our AI-powered language learning and speaking practice apps. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing and scaling $500K+ monthly performance marketing budgets while building growth systems that maximize long-term LTV. What You’ll Do • Own global growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and monetization • Manage and scale $500K+ monthly paid marketing budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels • Run rapid A/B tests across onboarding, funnels, pricing, subscription flows, and engagement loops • Partner with product, data, engineering, and creative teams to launch high-impact growth experiments • Analyze CAC, LTV, cohorts, retention, and subscription economics to drive decision-making • Identify and scale new high-LTV markets, especially across Europe • Build scalable growth loops supporting the global expansion of our AI language learning products What We’re Looking For • 4–7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, monetization, or product growth • Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($300K–$500K+ monthly) • Strong analytical mindset with experimentation-driven decision-making • Experience in mobile apps, edtech, language learning, AI products, or subscription businesses • Ability to operate fast, prioritize effectively, and execute cross-functionally • Experience with attribution tools (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust), BI tools, or SQL is a plus • Fluent in English and based in Europe • Build growth engines for globally scaling AI-powered education and language practice apps • Own significant budgets and strategic decision-making from day one • High-speed, experiment-driven startup environment with real autonomy • Competitive compensation and global career growth opportunities • Remote-first role within Europe Original job User Acquisition Manager - Mobile App posted on GrabJobs ©.
