Description:
I’m looking for a USPTO-registered patent agent or patent attorney to help me finalize and file a U.S. non-provisional utility patent.
I already have a strong draft (spec + claims + a single system drawing). The invention relates to industrial inkjet / digital textile printing and an ink delivery architecture (non-recirculating feed path, reduced heat generation, enabling more robust pigmented ink formulations for waterless printing on uncoated textiles).
Scope of Work (Phase 1 — Filing):
• Review and refine claims (primary focus) for breadth and enforceability
• Check §112 support (antecedent basis, consistency across claims/spec/drawings)
• Light editing of specification for clarity (no scope narrowing without discussion)
• Confirm drawing reference numerals align with description
• Prepare and file through USPTO Patent Center
• Provide filing confirmation/receipt and filing details
Important requirements:
• Must be USPTO-registered (patent agent or attorney)
• Experience with mechanical/industrial systems and ideally inkjet/fluids/printing
• Comfortable working with an inventor who is highly technical and detail-oriented
Deliverables:
• Final non-provisional application package ready to file
• Filed application + submission receipt
• A short list of any recommended follow-on filings (continuations/PCT strategy), optional
To apply, please include:
1. Your USPTO registration number (or confirmation you’re registered)
2. 2–3 examples of similar utility applications you’ve handled (topic/industry is fine—no confidential details)
3. Your approach to keeping independent claims broad while building fallback dependent claims
4. Estimated timeline to review and file once you receive the draft
Budget: Fixed price (please propose).
Start: Immediate.
