95 Projects is a search marketing agency doing SEO, AI marketing, and PPC for B2B and high-ticket brands. We're hiring a contract video content strategist to be the on-camera voice of our brand.
What you'll do:
Script, record, and publish 3 videos per week (12/month) covering search marketing, AI in marketing, and digital growth strategies
Topics include: SEO for ecommerce and B2B, how brands show up in ChatGPT and AI search, PPC strategy, link building, and real (anonymized) case studies
Distribute across YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Reels)
Collaborate with our team on content ideas pulled from real client wins and industry trends
Own the full production: scripting, filming, basic editing (we can support with editing if needed)
Who you are:
You understand digital marketing. You know what SEO, PPC, and content strategy are and why they matter. We'll teach you our specific frameworks and strategies.
You're comfortable and natural on camera. Not scripted-sounding. Not stiff. You talk about marketing the way you'd explain it to a smart friend.
You can self-produce: decent lighting, clean audio, simple editing. Doesn't need to be cinematic, but it needs to look professional.
You have examples of video content you've created (YouTube channel, LinkedIn videos, TikTok, client work, anything).
What you're NOT:
A video editor who doesn't understand marketing
A marketer who has never been on camera
Someone who needs scripts written for them
Compensation:
$3,000/month base for 12 videos/month
$500/month bonus for hitting all deliverables on time
$1,000 bonus per new client attributed to video content
90-day trial period with potential to convert to a larger role as the channel grows
