We’re a small, independent gym based in the UK, dedicated to helping our community get stronger, healthier, and more consistent through personalized coaching and support. We take pride in our close-knit community and our focus on results, accountability, and care. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-focused Virtual Assistant to join our Customer Care team. You’ll help us keep our members supported, engaged, and on track by managing their attendance, maintaining records, and creating friendly check-ins and community posts. This is a long-term, part-time role ideal for someone who has experience with Trainerize, enjoys supporting others, and has an interest in health and wellness. Responsibilities Track member attendance weekly using Trainerize Compare attendance with paid plans; identify and report any mismatches Message members who haven’t attended any sessions that week (template provided) Prepare a basic monthly attendance summary for internal use Post one engaging message weekly in our Grit Community Group Support retention by checking in and encouraging inactive members Keep client data and progress logs organized and updated Requirements ✅ Experience using Trainerize software (essential) ✅ Excellent written communication and a friendly, professional tone ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Organized and self-motivated with the ability to follow weekly routines ✅ Interest in fitness, health, or wellness (a strong plus) ✅ Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles Role Details Approx. 10 hours per month (2–3 hours per week) to start Potential to increase hours and responsibility over time Flexible working hours, but some tasks must be completed by Friday evening (UK time) Remote / freelance position with room to grow Apply tot his job
