Summary
The salary range for this role is $13.70 to $17.75 per hour and is a remote role.
The Virtual tech is responsible for conducting virtual store visits across the company to ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule, facilitate and manage Virtual Visits across the company.
- Organize data received from each visit utilizing OneDrive
- Follow up with incomplete visits to follow through to the completion
- Manage results of Virtual Visits inside OneDrive
- Create reporting for each store with information gathered from.
- Manage scoring and reporting for Virtual Visits each visit
Education, Experience, and Certifications
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of retail operations experience
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- High level of energy
- Above average computer skills
- Proficient in Excel, ZOOM, OneDrive, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
