Job Description:
• Creating and building landing pages on Tilda;
• Producing static and video creatives tailored to specific tests;
• Checking the technical accuracy and correct functioning of all elements;
• Identifying ways to improve loading speed and mobile usability;
• Working in fast iterations: build → test → refine;
• Supporting several ongoing tests simultaneously;
• Maintaining clear communication with the PMM and performance marketing specialist.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a digital designer
• Strong skills in Tilda (adaptive design, layout, integrations, performance optimization)
• Deep understanding of mobile-first design and the specific needs of mobile traffic
• Ability to integrate scripts, validate forms, configure trackers, and ensure a smooth user journey
• Ability to create static and simple video creatives (manually or using AI tool)
• A strong design sense — you can distinguish high-quality visuals from generic AI output
• Native-level Russian language
• High attention to detail and clean, fast execution
• Experience working closely with copywriters and performance marketers
• Regular use of AI tools in your workflow to speed up production.
