POSITION OVERVIEW: Leads the development and delivery of modern data platform capabilities, such as including real-time data streaming, personalization engines and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enable innovative business applications ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design, implement, and manage advanced platform capabilities to support real-time analytics, personalization and AI-driven business applications 2. Oversee deployment and integration of streaming data pipelines and services across the enterprise 3. Collaborate with data engineering, and business teams to ensure platforms meet performance, reliability and scalability requirements 4. Ensure platforms adhere to enterprise architecture, security and compliance standards 5. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing modern platforms team, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement 6. Perform other duties as assigned 7.
