Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Supervisor- Order Fulfillment to oversee end-to-end order processing. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders while optimizing workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, process driven, and a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Organizational Relationship: The Supervisor - Order Fulfillment reports to the Manager – Order Fulfillment for the Builder Channel. Overall Accountabilities • Work with Sales and Leadership Team to ensure the expectations of our builders are met with regards to timely and complete delivery and installation. • Timely and accurate ordering of all jobs is the goal for the Team • Ability to travel as required.
