Part-Time Grading Consultant (Summer 2025) Compensation: $100 per hour Location: Remote Schedule: Flexible, project-based Wall Street Prep (WSP) is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Grading Consultants to support our financial modeling programs this summer. This is a part-time, remote opportunity ideal for finance professionals or graduate students with a strong foundation in financial modeling who are looking for flexible, project-based work. About the Role As a Grading Consultant, you will evaluate student-submitted financial models and case studies, assign scores using a provided grading rubric, and deliver actionable, constructive feedback. Projects vary in length and frequency, depending on client needs. Key Responsibilities • Grade a range of student financial modeling assignments with a high level of accuracy and consistency • Follow a defined rubric and return all completed grading materials by the assigned deadline • Provide helpful, clear feedback to students • Track and organize all scores and materials • Maintain prompt communication and meet all turnaround expectations (some projects may require a 2-day turnaround) Experience & Skills Candidates should have hands-on experience building at least some of the following financial models: • 3-statement forecast models • Operating models • DCF models • Trading comps • Transaction comps • M&A models • LBO models Ideal Candidate • Proven attention to detail and commitment to deadlines • Ability to work independently and stay organized across multiple projects • Professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar finance-focused role • Strong communication skills and reliability — we are looking for dependable individuals who take ownership of their work Availability We are looking for individuals who are available to start immediately and can commit to grading assignments throughout the summer.
