[Remote] Enterprise Resources Planning Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential Careers is seeking an ERP Developer responsible for company-wide Epicor implementations and upgrades. The role includes managing implementation tasks, producing quality deliverables, and providing support for the end user community. Responsibilities • Define and document business requirements and processes, which will assist in improving operational efficiencies, minimize cost, and enhance productivity. • Perform Epicor implementations and upgrades. • Customize Epicor modules as needed to meet business requirements. • Create and modify cross company BAQs. • Create and Modify BPMs. • Create and modify SSRS reports and Forms. • Develop and deliver customized end-user training. • Troubleshoot and support ERP software. • Design/maintain project plans and ensure on-time task completion. • Provide regular project status updates. • Provide troubleshooting and support for ERP software issues encountered by users. Skills • Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology or related degree), or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and supporting Epicor ERP 10 or later. • Thorough understanding of design, testing, and modification of programs and applications. • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the coding and programming languages used in the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software.
