Remote Medical Transcriptionist

Remote Full-time
Transcribes various medical reports and performs general secretarial duties. Transcribes medical dictation services into a word processing system. Maintains files, medical reports, and other documentation for storage. Trains and orients new employees in the department and procedures. Performs equipment troubleshooting and problem solving. May act as Lead Medical Transcriptionist in the absence of supervisor. Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Immediately reports any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury accident to Manager.
