Retail Auto Relationship Manager (Virtual)
About the position Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with medium to large and complex high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory. • Manage auto applications, loan volume, and overall stability of the credit portfolio of assigned auto dealerships. • Establish and maintain dealer relationships and terminate non-performing dealers. • Resolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. • Interface with all levels of management, both internal and external partners. Requirements • 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience with auto operations, sales, and/or credit. • Wells Fargo Auto sales management and business development territory experience. • Experience with Wells Fargo Dealer Services systems and platforms. • Dealer services or auto finance risk experience. • Previous auto finance industry experience. • Client account relationship development and management experience. • Proficient experience with Salesforce. • Tableau experience. • Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse analysis. • Knowledge and experience of CRS, DEALERTRAK, and other Auto Applications. • Experience working in a virtual dialog environment. • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
