SAP MM/LE/WM Consultant (S/4 HANA Upgrade Project) Austin, TX 12+ Months Long Term Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/LE/WM Consultant to support an S/4 HANA upgrade project for our enterprise client, Apple. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules, along with solid exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA migration/upgrade projects. This role will focus on analyzing current ECC business processes, supporting data migration, designing to-be processes in S/4 HANA, and ensuring successful integration across supply chain and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the S/4 HANA upgrade activities within the MM/LE/WM scope, including fit-gap analysis and solution design. Analyze existing business processes in SAP ECC 6.0 and map them to S/4 HANA functionalities. Configure, test, and implement changes in SAP MM, LE, and WM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM) to ensure seamless process integration. Support data migration and validation from ECC to S/4 HANA. Develop and maintain functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces. Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support. Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth upgrade execution. Provide knowledge transfer and training to business and support teams. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP experience in MM/LE/WM modules. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and experience with S/4 HANA upgrade or implementation projects. In-depth expertise in: MM (Materials Management): Procurement, inventory management, material valuation, release strategies, and pricing. LE (Logistics Execution): Shipping, transportation, delivery processing, and goods movement. WM (Warehouse Management): Putaway, picking, stock transfers, bin management, and storage control. Hands-on experience with EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus. Good understanding of integration points with SD, PP, and FI modules. Experience in data migration, cutover planning, and testing for upgrade projects. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
