Senior SAP MM Support Analyst
My client, a dominant industrial enterprise with significant North American operations, is urgently seeking a Senior SAP MM Analyst to be the definitive Subject Matter Expert for their Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role is for a dedicated problem-solver with deep configuration expertise who thrives on improving system stability and process efficiency. You'll be central to troubleshooting, enhancing, and optimizing complex SAP MM functions and integrations across the enterprise. Crucial Requirement: You must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the US without requiring or transferring sponsorship. ️ What You'll Be Doing: Focus & Impact You will be the functional pillar for all SAP MM activities, providing leadership in support and project delivery: • P2P Mastery: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P2P, resolving production issues, triaging helpdesk tickets, and driving timely, effective solutions. • Deep Configuration: Utilize your expertise in SAP MM configuration including Vendor Master, Material Master, procurement workflows, pricing, and tax configuration to enhance existing solutions and implement new processes. • Integration & Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create detailed functional design documents, and ensure robust integration with SD, FICO, PP, and QM. • Mentorship & Training: Share SAP best practices, mentor team members, and lead user training sessions to increase overall system proficiency. • Support Leadership: Provide necessary off-hours support for business-critical incidents. Who We're Seeking (Your Credentials) • 10+ years of SAP MM experience, including full life cycle implementations and extensive post-implementation support. • Expertise in core SAP MM areas: Master Data, Inventory Management (IM/WM), Transfer Pricing, and Consignment. • Proven skill in troubleshooting SAP issues and independently driving resolutions from requirement gathering to deployment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience developing productive relationships across IT and business units.
