Veterinary Partner Sales Representative (Remote, US)

At Koala Health, we have our eyes set on an ambitious goal: to make managing your pet’s health simple and delightful. We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better. About the Role As a Veterinary Partner Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward by building meaningful partnerships with veterinary clinics across the country. You will own early-stage sales cycles from start to finish, including proactive cold outreach, delivering compelling demos, and closing new veterinary clinic partnerships. After the contract is signed, you’ll hand off to our implementation team so you can stay focused on growth. This role is a great fit for someone who is confident in outbound prospecting, loves the hunt, and knows how to guide a consultative sales process from first touch to close. What You'll Do: • Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and outreach to demo and close • Conduct cold calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or other strategies to connect with decision-makers • Present and pitch Koala’s solution to veterinary practices, adapting to each clinic’s needs • Track your pipeline and progress using Salesforce • Collaborate with the onboarding team for a smooth handoff after the sale • Stay informed on trends in veterinary medicine and pet health What We're Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year mini of B2B sales experience, ideally within the veterinary or animal health industry • Experience within the veterinary or pet care industry a must • Strong prospecting skills with a track record of generating and closing your own opportunities • Experience in cold calling and outbound outreachComfort using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline and track performance • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Why you'll love Koala Heath: • Mission-driven company helping modernize pet health • Remote-first team that values flexibility and autonomy • Competitive base salary with equity opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with partial dependent coverage • Unlimited PTO and a 401(k) plan • Supportive, collaborative team culture focused on impact Koala Health is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
