Virtual Assistant – Data Entry & Shopify Management (Remote, Part-Time or Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing culinary brands with daily backend tasks, data entry, and Shopify store management. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and understands the importance of accuracy and consistency in e-commerce operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Product uploads and updates on Shopify (descriptions, pricing, tags, images) Data entry and database organization (Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.) Monitor inventory and coordinate with fulfillment partners Assist with order tracking, customer messages, and product categorization Organize and maintain digital assets (product folders, naming conventions, media libraries) Support backend tasks for new launches, campaigns, and seasonal updates REQUIREMENTS Proven experience with Shopify (including product creation and collection management) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise workflows Solid knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) Fluent in English (written) Fast and reliable internet connection Able to work independently and meet deadlines PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with e-commerce brands Familiarity with basic SEO (titles, alt text, tags) Comfortable using tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, Airtable WHAT WE OFFER Remote position (part-time to start, with option to grow into full-time) Stable, long-term collaboration with performance-based increases Clear systems, guidance, and consistent work A supportive and fast-paced environment with room to grow
