Role Overview: You will maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts, and support the business with financial reporting and reconciliations. This role ensures the integrity of our bookkeeping and helps management make informed financial decisions. Responsibilities: Record all financial transactions accurately. Perform monthly account reconciliations. Document transaction details and maintain organized accounting records. Prepare financial reports as needed. Verify account data and notify management of discrepancies. Provide administrative and clerical support to management as requested. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in the United States. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and data entry skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Drive. Experience analyzing financial information and preparing reports.
