IT Strat & Transf Analyst

Overview: We are looking for a seasoned DevOps CI/CD Engineer to join our Global DevOps CoE team, with a focus on designing and maintaining enterprise-grade CI/CD YAML templates and implementing robust stage gate controls across the pipeline ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving standardization, security, and automation across global development teams. Responsibilities: • Design, maintain, and govern reusable CI/CD YAML templates for global use. • Implement and manage stage gates for quality, security, and compliance in pipelines. • Collaborate with InfoSec, QA, and Dev teams to align pipelines with organizational policies. • Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and pipeline governance across business units. • Troubleshoot complex pipeline issues and support global development teams. • Mentor teams on DevOps standards and CI/CD optimization. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
