Responsibilities: Work closely with the PMO Lead and Account Operations Manager to support all aspects of Account Operations needs, including administrative functions, data analytics and program development. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Account Organizational charts, email distribution lists and SharePoint site(s). Ability to review and interpret data pertaining to Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) results. Provide support to PMO Team for Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Account Town Halls. Provide data analytics with the ability to support storytelling in data. Create, maintain, and optimize account-wide dashboards. Collaborate with Account Platform teams as needed. Participate in the development and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), industry best practices, process documentation, and user support materials. Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in business/financial/systems area is preferred, however, High School or Equivalent education is required. 3-5 years of relevant experience. High level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) required. Experience with other data and statistical applications are a plus (PowerPivot, Tableau, SAS, Access, Minitab, Sigma Excel, SQL). SharePoint experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans Excellent communication skills, ability to deal comfortably with more senior managers; capable of presenting to senior managers without undue tension and nervousness. Be customer service oriented with client contact when necessary. Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills with a demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements and Work Conditions: This is a sedentary role. Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. This job involves sitting most of the time and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work). Estimated total compensation for this position: 10,165.00 ? 101,650.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
