Spreetail is looking for an Advertising Manager will lead search advertising strategy across platforms, driving high-intent customer acquisition and measurable ROI. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive brand and margin-focused approach while continuously optimizing performance through data, market insights, and best practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
How you will achieve success:
- Launch, manage, and optimize search marketing campaigns across all channel platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to increase visibility and drive conversions.
- Monitor budgets, bids, competitor activity, and performance to achieve ROI goals.
- Partner with Merchandising, Vendor Management, and Pricing teams to support margin and brand objectives.
- Provide ongoing optimization and deliver weekly performance analysis to improve top and bottom line results.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads, including large-scale budgets (up to $1M+)
- Strong analytical skills with experience organizing and reporting on large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using Amazon advertising tools such as Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics (preferred)
- Proven ability to create reports, deliver insights, and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred), with ability to work U.S. business hours and maintain a reliable work-from-home setup
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
