As a key member of our data storage team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our data storage conditions, ensuring data backups and security, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing continuous suggestions and best practices to the team. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise data storage conditions, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems, as well as experience with data synchronization and backup technologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain enterprise data storage conditions, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems * Execute and maintain enterprise backup and data security technologies * Effectively manage and monitor reporting stages and software * Define and implement pattern data storage plan techniques, based on industry standards and best practices * Collaborate and communicate with application, database, server, and other technology teams on engineering and design decisions, to ensure suitable data storage technology and design * Demonstrate strong organizational skills to adapt and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing work environment * Contribute clear and concise documentation for both daily and ad-hoc tasks * Provide technical support and guidance on complex tasks such as installation, configuration, and backup/restore activities for all systems * Perform code updates and security patching to maintain the integrity of storage systems **Essential Qualifications** * 3 years' experience in data storage or related field, with emphasis on networking and storage protocols * Industry knowledge and experience in large-scale SAN design and implementation * Demonstrated expertise in enterprise storage management, with experience in DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs * Strong understanding of current and emerging data security technologies * Experience with NAS protocols and conventions (CIFS, NFS, and S3) * Knowledge of data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS * Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows) * VMWare knowledge and organization **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to provide clear and well-organized documentation * Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to contribute to the achievement of project-related goals * Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Active involvement in IT equipment life-cycle management * Broad investigating and execution checking skills * Ability to work autonomously under broad guidance **Education** * Four-year degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or related field (a combination of training, work experience, and education may be considered) **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Medical, dental, and vision plan * 401(k) program with company match * Paid vacation * Personal time off (PTO) * Employee discount * Life insurance and long-term disability protection (LTD) * Flexible spending plan * Holiday pay * Integris Center and pharmacy nearby * Pastoral services nearby **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
