Job Description

As an Amazon Delivery Representative in Illinois, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You will be the face of Amazon, delivering smiles to our customers each and every day. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills, and a customer-first attitude.

You will be driving a company-provided vehicle, delivering packages to homes, retail locations, and other delivery points. The job can be physically demanding, requiring you to lift, carry, and deliver packages of various sizes and weights. However, it’s also incredibly rewarding, offering a dynamic work environment and plenty of opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

– Must be at least 21 years old

– Valid Illinois driver? license

– Clean driving record

– Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.

– Excellent time management skills

– Strong customer service skills

– Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

– Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle

– Follow scheduled routes, including navigating through various traffic and weather conditions

– Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers

– Communicate effectively with customers and the dispatch team

– Report any issues or delays promptly

– Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

– Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Educational Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

– Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required
