Appointment Setter (Virtual Assistant) – Internal Sales

Client Overview: Founder of an award-winning U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in system-driven business growth. The company offers services including web development, SEO, paid ads, funnel building, social media management, and AI-powered solutions. Role Objective The Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating and booking qualified sales appointments for the internal sales team. The primary goal is to ensure a consistent flow of scheduled calls for closers to convert into clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via: - LinkedIn - Facebook Instagram Engage with leads through: - Direct messaging (DMs) - Social media outreach - Qualify potential leads based on service fit - Book appointments directly into the company calendar - Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects - Ensure accurate tracking of leads and appointments in CRM - Meet weekly booking targets   Performance Metrics (KPIs) - Minimum 4–5 qualified appointments per week - Consistent outreach activity - Lead response and follow-up efficiency - Quality of booked calls (show-up rate and relevance)   Tools & Platforms CRM: Go High Level Social Media Platforms: - LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram (Experience with CRM management and social media prospecting is required.) Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales VA Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, funnels, ads, etc.) - Skilled in social media outreach and lead generation - Results-driven and performance-focused - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent written communication and persuasion skills - Proactive, organized, and consistent   Important Requirement - The client is specifically looking for an experienced appointment setter No training will be provided—candidate must be able to execute immediately Must already understand: - Outreach strategies - Lead qualification - Booking process   Work Schedule - Must align with U.S. business hours (EST) - Approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST - Flexible structure, but must work within U.S. market hours   Work Arrangement - Part-time or Full-time (Flexible) - Based on performance and ability to meet KPIs - Expected workload: - 10–20 hours per week minimum - Current benchmark: ~4 hours/day setup   Growth Opportunity - Potential to scale into a larger role depending on performance - Long-term collaboration possible with strong results   Key Client Preferences & Notes (Important for Shortlisting)  Must be results-oriented (very important)  Must already be skilled—no beginners  Must be comfortable working U.S. time zone  Strong preference for social media outreach expertise  Familiarity with digital marketing services is a big advantage  Open to part-time as long as results are delivered - Not urgent hiring—quality over speed
