The Investment Associate will work collaboratively with the investment team to implement and maintain investment discipline and compliance, supporting UHNW clients with investment research, documentation, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities - Utilize AI and automation tools to support efficient execution of repetitive processes for the investment team - Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, and maintain strong overall technology competency - Apply strong attention to detail and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Provide investment support activities, including account opening, investment performance reporting and documentation, compliance support, completion of subscription agreements for private investments, and other operational activities that support a high-quality client experience - Prepare and deliver client materials and reports in a timely manner, as requested by the investment team Skills - 1–3+ years of experience in an investment-related role supporting UHNW clients, foundations, or endowments; family office experience preferred - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field - Working knowledge of core asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private capital, and real assets - Demonstrated interest in expanding investment knowledge and contributing to team and business objectives - Demonstrate a collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to support the team across priorities as needed - Utilize AI and automation tools to support efficient execution of repetitive processes for the investment team - Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, and maintain strong overall technology competency - Apply strong attention to detail and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Provide investment support activities, including account opening, investment performance reporting and documentation, compliance support, completion of subscription agreements for private investments, and other operational activities that support a high-quality client experience - Prepare and deliver client materials and reports in a timely manner, as requested by the investment team - Family office experience preferred Benefits - Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) - Basic term and optional term life insurance - Short-term and long-term disability - Pregnancy disability and parental leave - 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan - Paid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure) - Up to 11 paid holiday opportunities - Adoption assistance - Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law Company Overview - At U.S. It was founded in 1968, and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
