The Investment Associate will work collaboratively with the investment team to implement and maintain investment discipline and compliance, supporting UHNW clients with investment research, documentation, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI and automation tools to support efficient execution of repetitive processes for the investment team
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, and maintain strong overall technology competency
- Apply strong attention to detail and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Provide investment support activities, including account opening, investment performance reporting and documentation, compliance support, completion of subscription agreements for private investments, and other operational activities that support a high-quality client experience
- Prepare and deliver client materials and reports in a timely manner, as requested by the investment team
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in an investment-related role supporting UHNW clients, foundations, or endowments; family office experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Working knowledge of core asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private capital, and real assets
- Demonstrated interest in expanding investment knowledge and contributing to team and business objectives
- Demonstrate a collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to support the team across priorities as needed
