As a Business Analysis Consultant, you will be empowered to support short and long term operational/strategic business activities; develop, enhance and maintain operational information and models that will have an impact on business decisions. In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to take the contributions of analysts and create valuable solutions to improve the health care system.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities: ? Provide project leadership and direction for development, assessment, and implementation of key Clinical Pharmacy STAR initiatives ? Lead the initiative implementation and supporting project activities ? Gather and develop requirements for initiative implementation, reporting, monitoring, and project effectiveness ? Apply an analytical approach and techniques to initiative development and problem solving for successful member/provider engagement activities ? Collaborate cross-functionally and with delegated entities to ensure end-to-end solutions meet regulatory, compliance, audit, and pharmacy business objectives ? Knowledge of Medicare Part D products ideal

Required Qualifications: ? 1+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis ? 1+ years of experience in process development and implementation ? Ability to drive change, influence individuals at all levels of the organization and to take appropriate risks and consensus building ? Ability to build solid business relationships ? Proven excellent oral and written communication skills ? Proven problem-solving skills ? Proven planning and organizational skills ? Proven solid analytical skills ? Access to install secure high speed internet ? Ability to travel up to 5%

Preferred Qualifications: ? 5+ years of healthcare pharmacy related field experience ? Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots ? Ability to be a self-motivator and learns with minimal guidance ? Proven knowledge of Medicare Part D ? Proven knowledge of CMS Part D STARS
