The Walt Disney Company is seeking an Associate Industrial Engineer to help drive operational improvements in their Parks & Resorts division. In this role, you will utilize data-driven analytics and system optimization techniques to enhance guest experiences and collaborate with various departments on innovative projects. Skills - A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent - 0-2+ years of applied experience - Project management skills, with an emphasis on communication and building strategic relationships - A knack for consulting and making quality/process improvements - A confident presentation style with the ability to lead key stakeholders - Exposure to capacity/demand analysis and modeling techniques - Knowledge of conducting field studies/data collection efforts - Confidence with spreadsheets, databases, and statistical/graphic software - Resiliency – you're up for the challenge of continuous improvement and work through hurdles - Creativity to approach problems in new, innovative ways - The ability to successfully juggle multiple tasks at once, especially in dynamic environments - A flexible schedule - you're able to meet project milestones - The ability to think outside the box, providing ideas on how to do things differently - A Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business or equivalent Benefits - Health and savings benefits - Educational opportunities - Special extras that only Disney can provide Company Overview - The Walt Disney Company started as a cartoon studio and evolves into sports coverage and television shows.
