Job Description:
• Gather and document business requirements across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
• Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in designing and implementing new processes post-acquisition.
• Evaluate process efficiency and recommend improvements using data and technology.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI in business workflows.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and multi-step AI agents for end-to-end process automation.
• Develop and implement LLM-powered solutions (e.g., lead qualification, support automation, document processing, internal assistants).
• Design prompts, logic flows, and decision frameworks for AI-driven automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with business systems (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk, internal tools) using APIs and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI workflows for accuracy, performance, and business impact.
• Assist in the implementation of enterprise tools (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk, HRMS).
• Evaluate and recommend software platforms aligned with business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support UAT, deployment, and adoption of systems.
• Implement tools to improve productivity and visibility across the business.
• Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Index-Match, dashboards, and basic data modeling).
• Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support stakeholders with actionable, data-backed insights.
• Assist in data migration activities across systems, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Support system integrations via APIs and automation platforms to enable seamless data flow.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data across tools and systems.
• Assist in standardizing processes across portfolio companies.
• Support implementation of systems, reporting, and automation frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Work closely with senior team members on transformation initiatives.
• Work with founders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business problems into tech-enabled (including AI) solutions.
• Create documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process maps).
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience in building agentic AI workflows.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and AI-driven use cases.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards).
• Experience in software implementation (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk tools).
• Experience with data analysis, data cleansing, and migration.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system connectivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
