Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer assistance by anticipating needs, demonstrating empathy, and effectively resolving issues. Create a positive customer experience with a warm greeting and proactive assistance. Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments, adhering to company policies. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, assisting with inventory, and ensuring product availability. Support store operations by assisting with opening/closing procedures and maintaining department supplies. Provide customer care across all departments, ensuring areas are well-stocked and functioning efficiently. Assist pharmacy staff as needed and stay informed about new services and loyalty programs. Maintain physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs. Possess visual acuity to perform tasks such as operating a workstation and reading. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus. We offer a competitive salary of $26 per hour and a full-time work schedule.
