Responsibilities...
? Responding to customer inquiries and support requests via email and ticketing systems

? Assisting with policy updates, claims processing, and payment management

? Collaborating with the Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also key to maintaining accurate client information.
