Key Responsibilities:

Shipping and Logistics Support:
Prepare and ship orders using USPS or FedEx
Coordinate shipment schedules and handle shipping documentation
Exceptional Customer Support:
Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction
