Customer Service Representative- FULLY REMOTE
TekSystems is currently hiring for a Call Center Representative, this position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere outside of CA.

Description:
- National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients (i.e. Computershare and Georgeson)
- Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response
- This is a contested proxy meeting where one side has said I don?t believe management is doing the right thing for the shareholders, and we need to fire them and here are the replacements to run the Board of Directors to replace management.
- The job is to say that the information you received asking you to vote is not accurate, and they are not caring about you as an individual investor. They will then direct them where they can vote moving forward.
- Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side, management has your best interest in mind.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience
- Good speaking voice
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
Equipment Requirements:
- MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) ? No Lenex, Chrome, etc.
- Headsets ? need USB headsets (no wireless)
- Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required
- Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
- Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
