Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote - TX Applicants Only)
Position Overview: As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our valued customers. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing ? Provide accurate information about our products or services ? Assist customers with their benefit packages ? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions ? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution ? Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions ? Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and exceed performance metrics
Qualifications: ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field... preferred ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Proficiency with computer systems and software applications ? Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work ? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
