Job Summary: This is a part-time, remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, technical capacity, and organizational skills. As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you'll be responsible for providing effective, courteous customer service via email, mail, or telephone, resolving issues, and generating correspondence to resolve customer disputes. Primary Job Duties: Respond to patient phone calls, resolving issues in a single call. Open and manage ARR inquiries, returning phone calls to resolve issues efficiently. Report collection agency payments promptly. Generate correspondence to resolve customer disputes. Document every phone call. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership. Requirements: Education: High school education or associate degree from college or technical school. Experience: Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Call Center Experience: At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service. Technical Skills: Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to type and use a 10-key accurately. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the medical billing field. Computer software programs in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately. What We Offer: Competitive salary: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour. Part-time schedule: 20-29 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and 401(k) matching.
