Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Workwarp! As a full-time remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via email and live chat. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service via email and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for quality and detail. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies, including herbal and natural products. Utilize various computer applications, including MS Office, BigCommerce, and Zoho, to manage workflow and communicate with customers and internal teams. Collaborate with multiple departments to answer questions, obtain information, and share feedback. Document and communicate any issues or problems that arise during shifts, and escalate concerns to management as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or email/chat-based environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other computer applications. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of herbal and natural products, or a willingness to learn. What We Offer: Competitive salary of $18.00/hr, including a $1/hour shift differential.
