Job Summary We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative to manage high-volume calls, emails, and orders. As a key member of our team, you'll provide excellent customer service, process orders, and communicate with vendors to ensure seamless operations. Main Job Duties: Manage and assign emails, process invoices, and deliver customer invoices Receive payments, run credit card transactions, and enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites Handle high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, process orders, and track backorders Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors and maintain confidential financial documentation Requirements: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, support, and sales Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a friendly and patient demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office and eCommerce software Reliable and fast internet connection required What We Offer: Competitive salary: $22-$24 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off Opportunities for growth and annual raises Flexible hybrid work arrangement Equipment provided Ready to Join Our Team?
