USC Auxiliary Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team! As a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to balance your time between our Remote office and home. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, work with a talented team, and contribute to the success of one of the largest divisions at The University of Southern California . As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our students, faculty, staff, parents, and guests. You will take pride in providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining the University's high standards for excellence. Our team is committed to creating a positive and friendly work environment, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service. The Opportunity: Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers Resolve customer issues, offer solutions, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Inspect and maintain university-owned properties, including vehicle gates and parking facilities Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations as needed Collaborate with vendors, student workers, and other teams to achieve department goals Participate in special events and provide support as needed The Qualifiers: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment; 2 years of experience preferred Expertise: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Valid CA driver's license required Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Analytical skills and ability to take initiatives What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate range: $18.86 - $20.00 Comprehensive benefits package, including support for work-life balance and employee well-being Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team Professional development and growth opportunities Flexible hybrid work arrangement If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong commitment to USC's Unifying Values, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply!
