What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
• Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules
• Schedule technician appointments to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes as needed
• Utilize listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
• Maintain accurate customer database, including call details and payment information

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver?s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Customer service experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
