As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant department. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team. Requirements: Native speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication). At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
