Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedE-Commerce Business Leadto own and scale our online sales, with astrong focus on Amazonas a core revenue channel.
This is a commercially driven leadership role responsible fordriving sales growth, managing marketplace operations, optimizing performance, and scaling profitability.
Amazon marketplace experience is a mandatory requirement— candidates without hands-on Amazon selling experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Business Ownership (Core Responsibility)
• Own and grow the company’sAmazon business (Seller/Vendor Central)as a primary revenue channel
• ManageAmazon store operations, including listings, catalog structure, content optimization, pricing, and inventory planning
• Drivesales performance, conversion rate, and profitabilityacross Amazon marketplaces
• Plan and executeAmazon campaigns, promotions, Lightning Deals, Prime Day, and seasonal events
2. Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth
• Manage and optimizeAmazon PPC campaigns(Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Allocate ad budgets strategically to maximizeROI and sustainable growth
• Continuously test and optimizekeywords, creatives, bids, and campaign structures
• Analyze advertising performance and scalehigh-performing SKUs and campaigns
3. Listing Optimization & Conversion Improvement
• LeadAmazon listing optimization(titles, bullet points, A+ content, brand store pages)
• Improveconversion ratesthrough stronger content, visuals, reviews strategy, and pricing optimization
• Work with creative teams to develophigh-performing product images, videos, and brand assets
4. Inventory, Supply Chain & Forecasting
• Forecast demand and manageinventory planningto ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams onproduction planning and replenishment
• MonitorFBA/FBM performance, inbound shipments, and storage costs
• Optimizeworking capital efficiencyand inventory turnover
5. Revenue Growth & P&L Ownership
• Own thee-commerce P&L, including revenue, gross margin, marketing spend, and net profitability
• Develop and executegrowth strategiesto scale revenue across key markets
• Identify opportunities fornew product launches, bundling strategies, upsell/cross-sell, and pricing optimization
• Ensure sustainable growth while maintaining strong contribution margins
6. Cross-Platform Expansion (Nice-to-Have)
• Expand sales acrossother e-commerce platforms(Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Walmart, etc.)
• Leverage learnings from Amazon to optimizecross-platform performance
• Test and validatenew marketplace opportunitiesas additional growth channels
7. Data, Reporting & Strategic Decision-Making
• Track and analyze performance usingAmazon Seller/Vendor Central, analytics tools, and BI dashboards
• Prepare regularperformance reports, insights, and growth recommendations
• Use data to drive decisions onpricing, ad spend, assortment, promotions, and SKU lifecycle management
• Present performance updates and commercial strategies to leadership
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth on Amazon
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC and performance optimization
• Experience managing Amazon product listings, SEO, A+ content, and Storefronts
• Ability to analyze key Amazon metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, Buy Box %, CTR, and ROAS
• Experience managing inventory planning and forecasting for Amazon FBA/FBM
