**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Applying a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
* Designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
* Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from our gadget, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
* Effectively communicating data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
* Recognizing patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking gadget and strain extrude at a gadget level with responsible parties (end-users, gadget admins, etc.)
* Ensuring a seamless integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
* Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of whole cycle recruiting
* Prior relational database experience
* Proficiency in SQL and one or more query languages
* Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
* Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to tackling complex challenges
