As a Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing professional phone assistance to our members, providers, and other stakeholders through the criteria-based prior authorization process. You'll maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide professional phone assistance to our members, providers, and other stakeholders through the criteria-based prior authorization process
* Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials
* Transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices

**Minimum Requirements**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position
* Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience
* Pharmacy Technician certification at a State or National level
* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy or medical office
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including prior authorization processes and clinical guidelines
