- Retail Math: Understanding margins, price elasticity, and share of shelf
- Empathy & Active Listening: Identifying and solving a retailer's specific pain points
- Data Storytelling: Translating complex metrics into a clear, persuasive narrative
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exposure to syndicated data tools such as NielsenIQ or Circana (IRI)
- Familiarity with retailer portals (e.g., 84.51°, Retail Link)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
