We?re looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Agent (Remote) to join our growing team! As a key player, you?ll initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers, understand their needs, and create customized solutions that drive sales. Thanks to our innovative lead-based system, you?ll never have to cold call uninterested prospects?just warm leads ready for your expertise.

What You?ll Do:
? Build strong relationships with prospective clients through calls and visits.
? Offer personalized insurance solutions to meet their specific needs.
? Guide clients through the application process, ensuring smooth communication every step of the way.
? Generate referrals and secondary sales by nurturing long-term client relationships.
? Conduct business reviews regularly to ensure clients are happy and to discover new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
? This is a commission-based role (1099), with no caps, quotas, or limits?just the opportunity to earn what you deserve. Each sale typically earns you around $500 in commission!

What You?ll Preferably Bring:

We?re looking for someone who has:
? Experience in Life Insurance Sales, but willing to help you get licensed and trained
? A strong background in Sales & Marketing.
? Proven success in Outside Sales and Prospecting.
? In-depth Product Knowledge and a passion for helping others.
