**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our walk-in customers. You'll be a financial concierge, helping customers achieve their financial goals and grow their relationships with us. You'll be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, and you'll be proactive in identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
* Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
**Basic Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
