The role focuses on optimizing Power Automate and D365 CRM workflows while training internal users and creating standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
• Join AccruePartners Consulting Solutions supporting a fast-growing fall protection manufacturer mid-implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance, supporting a business ready to mature from workflows to standardized enterprise process
• Shape SOPs, governance, and reporting architecture
• Train internal power users and establish sustainable adoption
• Build the blueprint, then transfer knowledge to the permanent analyst
Skills
• Demonstrated Power Automate build experience, not just user-level familiarity
• Experience activating modules and enhancing D365 CRM workflows
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and ERP integrations
• Proven ability to train business users and create clear SOP documentation
• Comfortable operating independently in a mid-market manufacturing environment
