* Acquiring and maintaining a foundational understanding of insurance principles and the specific health insurance products offered
* Learning and effectively navigating the LuminX claim system
* Demonstrating thorough understanding of customer service protocols and processes
* Consistently meeting or exceeding established productivity and performance standards
* Delivering accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Maintaining a strong sense of urgency to ensure calls are answered within established queue standards
* Meeting turnaround times and adhering to all relevant deadlines
* Comprehending and interpreting documents, including training manuals, correspondence, brochures, and procedural guides
* Effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ensuring all voicemail messages are retrieved and returned within 24 hours
* Maintaining a positive, courteous, and professional attitude at all times
* Communicating issues, concerns, or updates clearly and promptly to supervisors
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of one year's work experience in customer service, preferably in a health insurance setting
