**Job Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
* Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve issues
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
**Schedule**
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule that includes:
* Wednesday: In-office work in Chantilly, VA from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
