**Position Overview**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest standards of quality. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, including selecting, packing, and shipping products
* Manage inventory levels, including receiving and putting away stock, and ensuring that products are accurately labeled and stored
* Maintain accurate records, including order tracking, inventory levels, and customer information
* Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest standards of quality
* Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet
* Lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
