Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Vice President of Customer Operations, who will:
• Implement new strategic initiatives by ensuring teams carry out and follow through on process timelines
• Optimize existing operations and hold teams accountable for delivering strong results
• Actively work in teams filling in the gaps and helping drive projects to completion
• Helping the CEO recruit and onboard new team members
• Strategizing on sales and marketing and implementing new tactics
• Assisting in content production, quality control and new ideas
Qualifications
• 8 to 10 years of experience in operations, sales, or other roles which overlapped with operations
• Demonstrated ability to stay with organizations for two to three+ years and receive promotions
• Strong work ethic, great attitude, and analytical
• Bachelor's degree from a highly reputable college.
Salary
• $80k - $100k
