**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Understanding and identifying customs documentation
* Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
* Providing excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Associates or Bachelors Degree
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
* Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
* Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
